Equipped with a SATA III protocol connected to USB 3.0 devices, this enclosure offers a maximum transfer rate of 5Gbps (up to 1GB in 3 seconds). Its versatile USB 3.0 Type-B interface allows it to connect to other peripheral devices. Compatible with Windows XP / Vista / 7/8, Mac OS X 10.2 and higher, and Linux.

Effective Cooling and Heat Dissipation

The ORICO 5-bay HDD enclosure features a 60mm double-ball bearing fan that helps cool and dissipate heat, especially during high-speed operation. The rear panel, designed with many small honeycomb holes, further enhances air flow and heat dissipation.

Enhanced Data Protection

This external HDD enclosure is equipped with multiple protection features, including anti-over voltage, over-current, overheat, short-circuit, and leakage protection.
